Duties/Responsibilities

- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing cash, credit card payments, and managing the cash drawer
- Manage cash handling duties such as balancing the cash drawer and ensuring proper cash management procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment while adhering to safety and security protocols
- Manage inventory and restock merchandise as needed
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Upsell products to enhance sales opportunities
- Ensure store presentation aligns with brand standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Handle order processing and quality control
Requirements/Qualifications
- Effective time management

- Problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math calculations, and balancing registers
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
