Duties
- Assist with the preparation and setup of spray foam insulation equipment and materials on job sites
- Support insulation technicians in applying spray foam insulation according to blueprint specifications and technical drawings
- Handle and operate power tools and hand tools safely during installation processes
- Climb ladders and scaffolding to reach high or hard-to-access areas for insulation application
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and team members
- Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to aid accurate installation
- Help with site cleanup, material handling, and ensuring all tools are maintained and stored properly
Qualifications
- Construction site experience or familiarity with building projects preferred
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installation
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings accurately
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with fabrication, carpentry, roofing, or masonry is a plus
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights safely
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to power tools, scaffolding, and construction environments
- Strong communication skills for client interactions and team coordination
- Willingness to learn new skills such as airless paint spraying or HVAC-related tasks
