Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed
- Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to increase sales opportunities
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying guest age and monitoring consumption to promote safety
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, hospitality, or food service environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, cocktail mixing techniques, wine varieties, brewing processes, and craft beer trends
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cashiering experience is advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience working in the food industry or retail environment preferred; hospitality background highly valued
