Pulseworks Attractions Manager
Salary: $42000 per year

Job Summary:
Pulseworks, LLC, a leading Owner/Operator and Manufacturer of entertainment-based motion simulators and virtual reality theater retail attractions across North America, seeks an energetic individual for the position of Manager at our attraction located in USS Lexington,Corpus Christi, Texas. Candidate must enjoy public interaction and possess excellent customer service skills. Strong retail and guest services experience is required. A background in hospitality, basic computer and technical literacy, hands-on experience with basic tools, computer operations, mechanical and electronics aptitude are advantageous.
Responsibilities include:
· Managing and providing leadership to the team.
· Opening the site at the beginning of the day, preparing the site, and closing the site at the end of the day.
· Handling Daily and Biweekly Scheduling.
· Operating and troubleshooting motion attractions as per established procedures.
· Utilizing Basic Mechanical and Technical skills to assist in Maintenance of machines.
· Encouraging ridership through friendly upselling and promotions.
· Completing daily operations and maintenance checklists.
· Handling cash and credit card sales using a point-of-sale register system and issuing receipts to guests.
· Preparing Weekly/Monthly reporting.
· Interacting with museum staff to offer seamless service and top-quality experiences.
· Serving as a liaison between Pulseworks and the Lexington team.
· Implementing and ensuring that Pulseworks handbook policies and procedures are followed.
The candidate must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays (on-call) as required. Applicants must be energetic, self-motivated, and reliable with high attention to detail.
