The University of Nebraska College of Law invites applications for entry-level and lateral candidates for multiple tenure-track or tenured faculty positions, depending on the candidate’s experience.
The primary course needs are First-Year Property and Federal Income Tax. Other course needs include Torts, Corporate Tax, Partnership Tax, Tax-related seminar, Professional Responsibility, Privacy Law, Constitutional Law, Cyber Security Law, Employee Benefits, Real Estate Transactions, Environmental Law, Administrative Law, Natural Resources Law, and Wills and Trusts.

Minimum Required Qualifications
- J.D. Degree or equivalent.
- Superior academic record.
- Demonstrated interest in relevant substantive areas.
The title of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor will be based on the successful candidate’s qualifications.
