As a part-time Dispensary Associate, you are responsible for delivering a seamless front-of-house experience—from greeting guests and verifying IDs to educating, selling, and maintaining a safe and compliant environment. This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility, professionalism, and strong customer service skills.
- Greet and welcome all guests in a friendly, professional manner

Provide guidance on store flow, wait times, and product offerings

Create a positive and inclusive customer experience
- Verify identification and ensure all guests meet legal requirements

Follow all state cannabis regulations and store policies

Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and security procedures
- Educate customers on cannabis products including flower, edibles, vapes, and more

Recommend products based on customer needs, preferences, and tolerance

Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions
- Accurately process transactions using POS systems

Handle cash and digital payments responsibly

Follow all operational and compliance procedures
- Maintain clean, organized retail and entry areas

Restock products and support inventory as needed

Assist in maintaining a safe and compliant store environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership

Support a positive, team-oriented culture

Complete required training and stay current on SOPs
- Must be 21+ years of age

Legally authorized to work in the United States

1–2+ years of retail or customer service experience (cannabis experience a plus)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable using POS systems and technology

Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Willingness to complete required compliance training and background checks
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift)

Ability to lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds

Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive tasks

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

Manual dexterity to operate POS systems and handle products
