Job Summary
Keifer's Madison is seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as a Busser/Dishwasher. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties to maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
- Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables efficiently to ensure prompt service
- Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting safely when moving supplies, equipment, or food items
- Support food service operations and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate tasks and maintain a seamless workflow
- Follow strict food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards
- Assist with setup and breakdown, ensuring all items are handled with care and in accordance with safety practices
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and food handling procedures is highly desirable
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and provide excellent customer service
- Familiarity with table setting, serving techniques, and kitchen operations is advantageous
- Experience in hotel or food industry settings can be beneficial but is not mandatory
- A positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn are essential for success in this role
Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
