Duties
- Respond promptly to emergency calls for water, fire, flood, or mold-related incidents, demonstrating emergency response readiness.
- Perform water damage restoration, flood cleanup, fire restoration, and mold remediation with precision and care.
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly to transport equipment and team members to job sites.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as respiratory protection and safety gear to ensure safety during all tasks.
- Conduct detailed cleaning, carpet cleaning, and debris removal using hand tools and specialized equipment.
- Assess damage on-site using industry-standard tools like Xactimate for accurate documentation and estimates.
- Follow strict safety protocols and industry best practices during all phases of restoration work.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and emergency responders to coordinate efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the restoration industry or construction is highly preferred; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations with on-call coverage availability.
- Knowledge of water damage restoration, flood cleanup, fire restoration, mold remediation, and general cleaning techniques.
- Familiarity with hand tools, carpet cleaning equipment, and Xactimate software is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety protocol adherence, including respiratory protection use and PPE compliance.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate company vehicles responsibly.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods throughout the day.
