Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Packaging Supervisor to oversee daily packaging operations within our pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience with high-speed packaging lines, and a thorough understanding of cGMP and FDA requirements. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure compliance, maintain product quality, and lead a team to meet production goals in a fast-paced, regulated setting
Education includes a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or medical device packaging operations. (Required)
Bilingual: English/ Spanish. Must be able to write in English (Required)
A strong understanding of cGMP, FDA regulations, and sterile or controlled packaging environments is required.
The role requires leadership ability, technical troubleshooting skills, and strong attention to documentation accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems such as JDE are preferred.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities is essential.
