Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient, and enthusiastic service to guests

Present menu items with knowledge and passion for Peruvian cuisine

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws

Keep inventory of liquor stock
