We are currently seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, experience in Power Sports diagnostics, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include using hand and power tools to assemble, service, and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on atv, utv, motorcycle, watercraft systems and equipment.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble, repair, and maintain machinery.
- Execute soldering tasks as required for repairs or modifications.
- Suspend and adjust components to ensure proper functionality.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- 3-year Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in the automotive/ Power Sports field.
- 3-year Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Must own your own tools
- A valid driver's license may be required based on job responsibilities.
