LPG Property Management is looking for an experienced, dependable Maintenance, Turn & Remodel Technician to join our team. If you're the type of person who enjoys solving problems, working with your hands, and taking pride in transforming homes, we'd like to meet you.
No two days are the same. One day you may be repairing a plumbing leak, the next you're installing flooring in a remodeled kitchen or preparing an apartment for its next resident.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, professional, and capable of producing high-quality work without constant supervision.
What You'll Do
You'll work throughout our portfolio performing a variety of residential maintenance and remodeling tasks, including:
- Residential maintenance repairs
- Apartment/unit turns
- Kitchen and bathroom remodels
- Drywall repair and finishing
- Interior painting
- Trim and finish carpentry
- Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, tile preferred)
- Basic plumbing repairs and fixture replacement
- Basic electrical repairs and fixture replacement
- HVAC troubleshooting and minor repairs
- Door, window, and lock installation
- Cabinet installation and repairs
- Appliance installation and repairs
- Demolition and jobsite preparation
- Emergency maintenance calls (rotating schedule if applicable)
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate:
- Has 2+ years of residential maintenance, remodeling, or construction experience
- Can troubleshoot problems independently
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Works efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Shows up on time and ready to work every day
- Maintains a positive attitude and works well with others
- Treats residents, vendors, and coworkers professionally
- Can safely operate hand tools and power tools
- Is comfortable using smartphones or tablets to complete work orders and document repairs with photos
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders, crawl in tight spaces, and work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to report to work
- Basic personal hand tools preferred
Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- HVAC

- Carpentry
- Flooring
- Drywall

- Property management maintenance

- Remodeling and renovations
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
