Position Overview:
As a Team Member, you'll be the heart of the guest experience. Whether you're behind the counter crafting smoothies and coffees, preparing fresh food, or welcoming customers with a smile, you help create the friendly, clean, and high-energy environment Kale Me Crazy is known for.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests and take orders with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Prepare smoothies and food items according to our recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Restock supplies and prep ingredients throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth, fast, and friendly service
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- Take pride in helping others live a healthy lifestyle!
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, reliable, and self-motivated individuals
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Interest in healthy eating and wellness is a plus
- Previous food service experience is great but not required
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
