Join our Service Team! Morris Buick GMC Cadillac is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Warranty Administrator to support our busy service department. If you have dealership warranty experience, strong organizational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Automotive warranty experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong dealership administrative experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
Previous automotive dealership warranty experience preferred
GM warranty experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent computer and data-entry skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Professional, team-oriented attitude
High school diploma or equivalent
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process manufacturer warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
Communicate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts personnel, and management regarding warranty requirements.
Review repair orders for warranty compliance and proper documentation.
Ensure warranty paperwork meets General Motors guidelines.
Submit GM warranty claims and monitor claim status.
Maintain organized electronic and paper records.
Resolve rejected, returned, or unpaid warranty claims.
Assist with warranty audits and manufacturer requests.
Maintain warranty schedules and receivables.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
