Salary: $83,000 – $94,000
Catholic Guardian Services is seeking an experienced LCSW to join our Child & Adolescent Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in a clinical leadership role. This position is ideal for a licensed clinician ready to supervise staff, guide clinical practice, and help expand mental health services for children and families impacted by trauma.
• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to therapists and casework staff
• Lead weekly clinical consultations and interdisciplinary meetings
• Provide direct therapy (individual, group, and family)
• Conduct crisis assessments and provide coverage as needed
• Support intakes, documentation review, and quality assurance
• Collaborate with leadership to grow services and improve outcomes
• Master’s Degree in Social Work
• Active LCSW required
• 5+ years of clinical program development and/or management experience
• Experience working with children, families, and trauma-impacted populations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Minimum of 15 paid holidays annually
