About the Role

Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive machine set-ups and precise calibrations to meet rigorous production specifications.

Drive operational efficiency by monitoring equipment performance and performing proactive adjustments to minimize downtime.

Conduct thorough quality inspections, including First Article of Inspection and routine teardowns, to guarantee product excellence.

Manage material staging and component preparation to ensure continuous workflow and readiness for upcoming orders.

Maintain a high standard of equipment cleanliness and workspace organization to support a safe, high-performance environment.

Collaborate with leadership by reporting mechanical or electrical issues promptly to maintain optimal production standards.

Optimize production throughput by preparing for upcoming job orders and managing essential supplies like adhesives and applicators.
Qualifications-
High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with a focus on technical troubleshooting.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting precision measuring tools.

Experience with computer systems and standard business equipment.

Associate’s Degree from an accredited institution.

Prior experience with complex machine changeovers and production scheduling.
