About the Role
We are seeking skilled Field Service Technicians to provide expert maintenance and repair solutions for premium fitness equipment and consumer electronics. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by diagnosing technical issues and restoring high-end home gym systems and appliances to peak performance.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform complex repairs on treadmills, smart fitness bikes, massage chairs, and high-end cooling units.

Interpret technical schematics and manufacturer manuals to ensure all repairs meet strict quality and safety standards.

Deliver an exceptional service experience by communicating clearly with clients regarding repair status and equipment functionality.
