Titan Armored is hiring an Armed Vault Lead to help lead daily cash vault operations in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
This position combines hands-on cash processing responsibilities with day-to-day operational leadership. The Armed Lead Vault Teller/Clerk performs all essential duties of a Vault Clerk while assisting with workflow coordination, training team members, maintaining security procedures, and supporting the Vault Manager to ensure efficient daily operations.

What You'll Do
- Process, verify, reconcile, and prepare incoming and outgoing cash and coin
- Perform vault opening and closing procedures while maintaining strict security protocols
- Assist with coordinating daily workflow and supporting vault operations
- Provide guidance, training, and support to Vault Clerks
- Perform dual-audit verification and maintain accurate vault documentation
- Investigate and report cash discrepancies or operational issues
- Maintain chain of custody and dual-control procedures
- Serve as the operational lead during the absence of the Vault Supervisor or Vault Manager

What We're Looking For
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accountability
- Previous experience handling cash in a high-volume or secure environment
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs as needed
- Ability to obtain and maintain required firearms licensing and qualifications
Preferred (but Not Required)
- Experience in vault operations, banking, armored transportation, or cash logistics
- Previous experience as a lead employee, trainer, or senior team member
- Experience working in a high-security or regulated environment

- This is a high-security, detail-driven position.
- Employees must remain focused while handling cash and coin.
- Strict adherence to security, safety, and cash-handling procedures is required.
- This position requires opening and securing the vault and maintaining all required firearms qualifications.
