We’re seeking a dynamic Business Manager to join our growing team, overseeing operations for all entities, including the business services, marine construction, roofing, and real estate investment companies. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in estimation, understands the power of social media marketing, and can bring structure to growing operations. We are also building a SaaS Solution for the Marine Construction industry that offers a great deal of innovation opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle project estimation for both marine construction and roofing projects.
Develop and manage social media strategies to grow our brand presence.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
Formalize standard operating procedures across both businesses and other ventures.
Collaborate closely with leadership to scale operations, allowing the owner to focus on growth.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in estimation (marine or construction fields a plus).
Strong understanding of social media marketing.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to create and implement operational processes.
A self-starter who can manage multiple facets of the business.
