We are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social-emotional growth.
- Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate Montessori methods, sensory activities, and physical education to support holistic development.
- Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques.
- Foster strong communication with children to encourage language development and early literacy skills.
- Collaborate with families to share progress updates, discuss developmental milestones, and address individual needs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that adheres to childcare regulations and standards.
- Support children with special education needs or those requiring early intervention services to ensure inclusive learning experiences.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management strategies, and early intervention techniques.
- Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education for young children.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
- Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is advantageous; Montessori or preschool certification is a plus.
- Ability to manage classroom activities confidently while ensuring child welfare and safety at all times.
