Stellar Orthodontics is seeking a motivated, people-focused professional to join our team in a growth-track role designed to advance into an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator position.

You will begin by mastering front office systems and patient communication. As you demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, and leadership potential, you will be trained to transition into a Treatment Coordinator role focused on patient education, case acceptance, and financial presentation.

Schedule
- Monday–Wednesday: 9am – 6:30pm
- Select Fridays: 9am – 4pm
- No weekends
Responsibilities
- Phase 1: Front Desk Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Provide information about services and office policies
- Verify insurance coverage
- Collect payments and issue receipts
- Maintain accurate documentation in the practice management system
- Support smooth daily front office operations
- Keep the reception area organized and welcoming
- Phase 2: Growth Into Treatment Coordinator
- Present orthodontic treatment plans with clarity and confidence
- Explain insurance benefits and financial options
- Guide patients and families through decision-making
- Build trust and long-term relationships
- Support case acceptance and practice growth
- Deliver a high-end, concierge-level patient experience
- This role requires confidence, empathy, professionalism, and the ability to influence with integrity.
