Job Summary
Landmere Inc. is seeking a motivated, organized, and hands-on Operations Manager / Project Manager to lead our daily field operations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
This leadership position is responsible for overseeing landscape maintenance, enhancement projects, irrigation operations, fleet management, equipment, and shop operations while ensuring our crews deliver exceptional service to our clients every day.

Responsibilities
- Manage all daily landscape maintenance, enhancement, and irrigation operations.
- Schedule crews, equipment, and enhancement projects.
- Perform site inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
- Estimate enhancement projects and assist with customer meetings.
- Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment for projects.
- Oversee company trucks, trailers, and equipment.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all fleet and equipment.
- Coordinate repairs, inspections, and warranties.
- Manage backup trucks, trailers, and equipment availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and yard.
- Monitor inventory of irrigation parts, tools, and materials.
- Conduct weekly safety meetings and enforce company safety policies.
- Review labor hours, production, and crew performance.
- Train and develop foremen and field employees.
- Work closely with the Director of Operations to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
