Compensation: $18.00–$20.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: Day shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm

About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring General Assemblers for a manufacturing company in Fairmont, MN. In this role, you’ll help assemble quality HVAC components used in on-road and off-road vehicles while supporting daily production goals. If you enjoy hands-on work, repetitive tasks, and working with a team in a manufacturing environment, this temp-to-hire opportunity offers reliable hours and weekly pay.
What You’ll Do as a General Assembler:-
Assemble parts, sub-assemblies, and final products according to work instructions and drawings

Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment safely

Follow daily production schedules and quality standards

Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications and minimize rework

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Communicate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
What You Need to Bring to the General Assembler Role:-
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tool

Ability to read and follow basic work instructions

Reliable attendance and dependability

High school diploma or GED preferred
