Position Summary
The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for a designated sales territory, to maintain existing customer accounts as well as increasing the territory through prospecting and closing new inquiries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Manage assigned sales territory and all customer accounts in a designated territory
· Must be very comfortable on the phone to make 50 outbound calls each day
· Contact regular and prospective customers to close and process orders
· Accurately complete all necessary paperwork for orders
· Answer customers' questions about products, prices, production times, and product availability
· Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests
· Consult with clients after sales to resolve any problems and to provide ongoing support
· Perform other associated administrative duties
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role or equivalent experience
· Ability to identify, qualify and close accounts
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are a must
· Professional phone manner and problem-solving abilities
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Experience with a CRM software preferred
· Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information, and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public

Qualifications
· 3+ years' experience in a closing role
· Experience exceeding sales targets, selling a diverse ecosystem of products
· The ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Business development experience (e.g. Cold Calling)
· A collaborative and team player mentality
· Experience with CRMs

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
