Job Title: Community-Based LMHP
Overview:
· Are you a Licensed Mental Health Professional with experience providing Mobile Crisis Response and Community Stabilization Services?
· The professional who fills this position will:
o provide rapid response, assessment, and early intervention to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis,
o assist in the prevention of an individual’s acute exacerbation of symptoms,
o facilitate coordination of care and linking to appropriate treatment services to meet the needs of the individual.
· You will provide recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate services.
· This positional also requires the following:
o Linkage and referral to ongoing services, supports and resources as appropriate and least restrictive level of care.
o Conducting assessments to determine the individual’s appropriateness for the service.
o Completion of Crisis Education and Prevention Plans (CEPP) meeting DBHDS requirements
o Completion of other required documents and assessments for services.
o Coordination of specialized services to address the needs of co-occurring intellectual/developmental disabilities and substance use.
o Engaging peer/natural and family support to strengthen the individual’s participation and engagement.
o Brief Therapeutic Interventions
o Crisis education, safety, prevention planning, and support.
o Health Literacy Counseling
o Individual and Family Therapy
o Peer Recovery Support Services
o Skills Restoration
o Treatment Planning
o ISP Development
Preferred Experience
· One year of experience providing Mobile Crisis Response and Community Stabilization Services.
· 1 or more years of experience providing behavior health services and completing assessments.

Qualifications
· MUST HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED THE REQUIRED MOBILE CRISIS RESPONSE TRAINING REQUIRED BY THE DBHDS.
· MUST BE LICENSED AS AN LMHP, LMHP-S, LMHPR or LMHP-RP (LICENSE MUST BE ACTIVE).
· MUST BE WILLING TO BE DEDICATED TO OUR PROGRAM, WITH OPEN AVAILIBILITY TO TAKE 5-6 CASES WEEKLY.
· MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE DRIVERS LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Complete assessments prior to starting services.
· Complete Individualized Service Plans within required timeframes.
· Complete assessments to include data documenting the need for services (eligibility information based on medical necessity).
· Review all documentation that pertains to the clients completed by the Qualified Mental Health Professional.
· Participate along with other administrative staff members during staff meetings.
· Submit documentation that is clinically sound and individualized per client.
· Must have a flexible schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $106,000.00 per year
