Computer Repair & Refurbishing Technician (2+ Years Experience Required)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are a growing computer repair and electronics resale company in the Tempe area seeking an experienced Computer Repair / Refurbishing Technician with strong technical troubleshooting skills and customer service experience.
This role combines hands-on repair work, front desk support, and eCommerce product processing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technical and customer-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Computer & Electronics Repair
- Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and electronic devices
- Replace/repair screens, keyboards, fans, RAM, hard drives, and other components
- Perform virus removal and malware cleanup
- Install and configure operating systems and software
- Test and refurbish devices for resale
- Install and troubleshoot peripheral devices (printers, routers, cameras, etc.)
eCommerce & Product Processing
- Research, diagnose, and appraise electronics
- Photograph and create accurate eBay listings
- Test functionality prior to sale
- Assist with product descriptions and online sales support
Front Desk & Customer Support
- Provide excellent customer service in-store and over the phone
- Prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Process transactions using POS system
- Assist with basic sales and customer recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years hands-on computer repair & refurbishing experience (Required)
- Experience with hardware replacement and software troubleshooting
- Virus removal and system optimization experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Basic Point of Sale (POS) experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Additional Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation with proof of insurance
- Own working smartphone
- U.S. Citizen or Valid Work Authorization
- Must pass background check and drug screening
