About Us
UG Tea is a premium tea brand from Taiwan, and our San Gabriel store is our first location in the U.S. We take our ingredients and drink quality seriously, and we're building a team that does the same. We're hiring baristas/cashiers for our flagship store.
What You'll Do
- Make fruit teas, milk teas, lattes, and seasonal drinks according to our recipes
- Take orders at the register and handle payments accurately
- Help customers navigate the menu and recommend drinks based on what they like
- Keep your station clean and follow food safety rules and store SOPs
- Work with the team to keep things running smoothly, especially during rush hours
What We're Looking For
- Mandarin or Cantonese speaker (required)
- Friendly and comfortable talking with customers
- Reliable. Shows up on time, keeps a good attendance record
- Can handle a fast-paced environment and stay organized when it gets busy
- Detail-oriented, especially with drink quality and cleanliness
- Open availability preferred, including weekends and holidays. Minimum 3 days per week
- Looking for long-term work (8+ months)
- Boba, tea shop, or food service experience is a plus but not required. We'll train you
- Must complete and pass the probationary evaluation period
