We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for our beautiful property located in Greenville, SC, Judson Mill Lofts. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in the apartment home maintenance field, a solid employment work history and the interest in building a successful team environment. The following skills are necessary for the position.
* Understanding of the apartment industry
* Tasks and repairs inherent to the turnover and general maintenance process.
* Experience in Plumbing.
* HVAC Certification or 1 year working knowledge.
