Salary Range: $32,000 - $70,000+ per year
Carlos Chavez Agency is seeking a motivated and driven Licensed Insurance Agent to join our growing team in El Paso, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping clients protect what matters most while building a rewarding career in the insurance industry.

What You'll Do
- Educate clients on insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
- Sell and service Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Health, and Commercial Insurance products.
- Generate new business through referrals, leads, follow up and outbound prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required.
- Life & Health License is a plus, but not required.
- Sales and customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
