Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery to load, unload, and move materials efficiently.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, stock, and process orders for shipment.
- Perform order picking and packing with precision to ensure correct items are prepared for delivery.
- Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before storage or dispatch.
- Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves systematically and ensuring inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
- Support warehouse distribution activities by loading trucks, unloading supplies, and preparing materials for transport.
Requirements
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and order fulfillment processes.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle materials handling tasks efficiently.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail for inventory management, quality control, and order accuracy.
- Previous warehouse experience involving picking & packing, shipping & receiving, or stock management is highly desirable.
