What You'll Do
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform general production tasks
- Follow work instructions and quality standards
- Assist with setup, operation, and monitoring of machines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply – we provide training
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to move between machines and workstations throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed
- Ability to safely operate machinery and manufacturing equipment
- Must wear appropriate work attire, including closed-toe shoes
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
