What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers with energy and confidence
- Clearly explain services and recommend solutions that make sense
- Create and manage repair orders with precision and efficiency
- Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and parts
- Keep things moving — and keep customers happy
What You Bring:
- A sales-driven mindset — you're comfortable recommending services and closing the deal
- Strong organizational skills — multitasking and staying cool under pressure is your thing
- Excellent communication — you know how to listen, explain, and follow up
- A professional attitude and a passion for helping people

- Familiarity with service writing software
- Bilingual skills
