As our Bartender / Server, you are the heartbeat of the venue. You'll masterfully sling craft cocktails, dish up amazing service, and keep the energy high from the first pour to the final last call.
Day to Day, You'll:
- Craft standout cocktails, mocktails, and drinks with speed, flair, and precision
- Own the guest journey—taking orders, dropping recommendations, and reading the crowd like a pro
- Keep your station immaculate, fully stocked, and ready for the rush
- Run the POS system smoothly, handling cash and digital tabs without missing a beat
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure every single guest leaves wanting to come back
What We're Looking For
- A magnetic, outgoing personality with a natural gift for hospitality
- Killer multitasking skills and grace under pressure when the venue gets packed
- Rock-solid reliability and a team-first hustle
- Proven bartending or serving experience under your belt
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a massive plus in our crowd
- A passion for mixology, food, and culture
