Cisco Air Systems is seeking ambitious engineering graduates and early-career professionals to join our team as an Mechanical Sales Engineer participating in the Ingersoll Rand Sales Development Program (SDP). What You'll Do
- Design and support compressed air and industrial utility system solutions.
- Prepare equipment quotations, technical proposals, and submittals.
- Participate in customer visits, system assessments, and sales calls.
- Support experienced Sales Engineers and Account Managers in developing customer solutions.
- Complete training and development activities through the Ingersoll Rand Sales Development Program.
- Work across engineering, service, operations, and sales teams to gain broad business experience.
- Develop consultative selling, technical problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technical sales, engineering, or business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership through internships, student organizations, athletics, military service, or work experience.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and build a career in a customer-focused technical environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
