High School Diploma or GED (required)
Caring and patient attitude
Good communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Experience in healthcare or nursing facility preferred (but not required)
Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Support residents with mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Report any changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
