River Point Behavioral Health is seeking a Business Development Outreach Representative who’s ready to lead outreach and referral growth across Duval County. This high-impact role will help connect individuals in need to our full continuum of mental health treatment programs.
What You’ll Do
· Act as a community-facing liaison, promoting our programs to physicians, hospitals, outpatient clinics, first responders, therapists, schools and other key referral partners.
· Drive patient admissions through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and marketing initiatives.
· Analyze market trends, track referral data, and identify new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
· Lead engaging presentations, in-services, and community education efforts to highlight the value of our services.
· Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to align outreach efforts with patient needs and treatment outcomes.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales/admission targets.
What We’re Looking For
· Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing, behavioral health, healthcare administration, business, or relevant experience
· 2–5 years of healthcare sales/business development experience — preferably in behavioral health, substance use treatment or hospital marketing
· Strong understanding of referral networks, managed care and mental health services
· A natural communicator and relationship builder with proven sales performance
· Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented — someone who loves to win but also cares deeply about the mission
· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally throughout the region
