We are a respected provider of high-quality early childhood education seeking an experienced Center Director to be a positive influence with our staff and families. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily operations, regulatory compliance, staff development, enrollment, and financial performance while fostering a safe, nurturing, and academically enriching environment for young children.
Required Qualifications

Must meet North Carolina DCDEE requirements to serve as a Center Director, which include:
o A minimum of a Level III NC Early Childhood Administrator Credential, or
o A bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field with eligibility to obtain the credential.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in early childhood education.
- At least one (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience in a childcare or preschool setting.
- Strong knowledge of North Carolina licensing regulations, quality standards (e.g., ECERS, ITERS), and early childhood best practices
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and childcare management software.
- CPR and First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain certification upon hire.

- Align curriculum and best practices in early childhood education to meet or exceed applicable state and national standards.
- Partner with teachers through classroom observations, coaching, lesson planning assistance, and professional development.
- Monitor children's developmental progress and ensure appropriate assessment practices are followed.

- Ensure full compliance with Nevada licensing requirements, health and safety regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Maintain accurate records related to licensing, staffing, enrollment, and child documentation.
- Ensure all staff complete required training, including child abuse prevention, emergency preparedness, CPR, and First Aid.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment for children and staff.
