Graber & Associates, CPAs, an award-winning CPA firm in Baltimore, Maryland, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Assistant Office Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will:
- Be extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Complete projects accurately and on time.
- Be proficient with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Be comfortable learning and using technology to improve efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist the Office Manager and professional staff with recurring administrative projects.
- Coordinate office workflow and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Provide efficient, accurate, and professional service to staff, clients, and vendors.
- Assist with client communications, scheduling, document management, and other office functions.
- Help maintain organized office procedures and administrative systems.
- Support special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and coworkers.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
- Experience in a CPA firm or other professional services environment is preferred, but not required.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
