We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team!
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails while providing excellent customer service
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with creating social media content for the business
- Help educate clients on services and products offered
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
- Must be willing to lead/create social media content and assist with online engagement
- Must have previous sales experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
Shift Hours: Friday 9:30am-6pm, Saturday 9:30am-4pm, Sunday 12:30pm-5pm
