Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Facility Cleaner who can also support warehouse and production operations. This role includes general facility cleaning, forklift operation for material movement, assisting production staff, and handling shipping and receiving activities. The ideal candidate is safety‑focused, organized, and able to work independently.
Key ResponsibilitiesFacility Cleaning
- Clean and maintain floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Clean windows, doors, and glass surfaces
- Restock restroom supplies and maintain cleanliness standards
Forklift & Material Handling
- Operate forklift to move goods between warehouse and production areas
- Load, unload, and stage materials as required
- Ensure safe and efficient movement of pallets, raw materials, and finished goods
Production Support
- Assist production team members with pallet wrapping
- Provide additional support to production staff as needed
- Help maintain organized work areas and material flow
Shipping & Receiving
- Handle complete shipping and receiving operations
- Verify incoming and outgoing materials
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and properly filed
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for smooth workflow
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
- Comply with updated safety practices issued from time to time
- Use PPE and equipment responsibly
- Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately
Qualifications
- Prior cleaning, warehouse, or material‑handling experience preferred
- Forklift experience required; certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Work Environment
- Mixed facility setting: warehouse + production + office areas
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and moving equipment (PPE provided)
- Moderate physical activity required
