About the Opportunity

What You'll Do as the Forklift Operator:-
Safely operate the equipment as stated by the company's GMPs and Safety protocols

Assist in the setup and control of the FEFO/FIFO Inventory System to ensure uninterrupted flow of product and materials

Model loads and paperwork handling best practices

Train/mentor new hires as assigned by the Supervisors

Make sure production has the correct packaging for the day

Keep an accurate count of the finished product
-
Verify product is properly labeled with date code, pallet number, state, on hold, etc.

Submit daily counts to the office at the end of each shift
-
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

Adhere to and comply with quality production and Food Safety
What You Need to Bring to the Forklift Operator Role:-
Must have at least 1+ years of warehouse and forklift experience in the past 3 years

Ability to operate a sit-down forklift for the entire shift

Verbal and written communication skills in English
-
Ability to stand on hard surfaces periodically with or without reasonable accommodations

Ability to regularly bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations

Comfortable with working in a production and warehouse environment, including forklifts, equipment, and damp floors

Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors, customers, and visitors #CSBHiringEvents
