The Warehouse Operations Associate is responsible for performing a wide range of warehouse tasks, including inventory management, order fulfillment, product handling, quality control, product assembly, data collection, and reporting. This role requires cross-functional expertise to ensure efficient warehouse operations and support the company’s operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to read and understand work orders, operating procedures, and safety regulations
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- Previous experience with inventory management systems, including NetSuite, preferred
