Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, utilizing strong communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, using problem-solving and analytical skills to address any concerns.
- Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on orders, provide product information, and offer additional services or products.
- Analyze customer feedback and use it to improve our products and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data entry.
- Utilize /multilingual skills to serve customers with diverse language backgrounds.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services to customers.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience is required, preferably in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Proficiency in English is essential, with a strong preference for bilingual/multilingual candidates.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience with data entry and customer relationship management software is desirable.
