- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Assistant to join our vibrant human resources team. - No Experience required, Bilingual preferred, and must pass drug test.
Duties
- Assist with human capital management activities, including onboarding, employee orientation, and ongoing training & development programs
- Support talent acquisition efforts by managing ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms such as iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday, and coordinating recruiting processes
- Maintain accurate employee records through data entry and data collection in HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro
- Administer benefits programs and benefits administration tasks including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) tracking and workers' compensation claims
- Facilitate employee evaluation processes, performance management initiatives, and succession planning activities
- Support compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as OSHA and ADA; assist with affirmative action planning and organization design projects
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, applying conflict management skills to resolve concerns effectively
- Contribute to project management efforts related to HR sourcing, workforce management, and change management initiatives
Requirements
- Strong knowledge in Computer and laptop usage along with Apps.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, Kronos, or PeopleSoft; experience with payroll systems like Paylocity or UltiPro is a plus
- Understanding of employment & labor law regulations including OSHA standards and workers' compensation procedures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in data entry, data collection, and utilizing social media for recruitment purposes
- Knowledge of contracts management and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Lever is preferred
