Chemical Service Technician
Automated Chemical & Equipment Solutions (ACE) has been providing cost-effective commercial dishwashing and chemical solutions since 2017. We service businesses statewide with reliable equipment, high-quality chemicals, and responsive on-site support. Our services also include laundry, floor care, housekeeping, and janitorial chemicals.
Position Summary
The Chemical Service Technician installs, programs, maintains, and troubleshoots automated chemical dispensing systems for commercial laundry and dishwashing operations. This role ensures accurate chemical dosing, reliable equipment performance, and compliance with sanitation standards.
Technicians work independently in the field while collaborating with customers and internal teams. Statewide travel is required, with occasional overnight stays.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and service automated chemical dispensing systems
- Program and adjust chemical dosing based on application requirements
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and chemical issues
- Test equipment to confirm proper operation
- Complete service documentation and track chemical usage
- Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and team members
Work Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Occasional afterhours or weekend work as needed
Qualifications
- Prior technical experience in any industry
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Willingness to learn commercial laundry and dishwashing chemicals
- Ability to lift equipment with assistance and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current insurance
- Ability to obtain security clearance for Department of Corrections facilities and military bases
