Customer Service Clerk Temporary
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position is on going for: About 3 to 6 months possibly.
We're looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Clerk to join our Customer Service team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong computer skills, and are passionate about providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Process customer orders received by email, EDI, and other platforms.
- Verify order accuracy and release orders for shipping.
- Maintain pricing information and customer records.
- Communicate with customers regarding order updates, discrepancies, and tracking information.
- Work closely with Customer Service to resolve order issues.
- Organize and maintain order files and documentation.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Customer Service or Order Entry experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual is a plus (not required)
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and a team player.
- AA Degree or related business experience is a plus.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
