Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Demonstrated experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within schools
- Solid understanding of individual education programs (IEPs), assessment tools, and age-appropriate therapy techniques
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students as needed
- Develop, implement, and monitor individual treatment plans, aligned with academic goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services in both individual and group settings
