Denver Fee Only Financial Planning and Investment Management Firm seeks a professional, personable, and highly organized Front Office Coordinator to be the face of our firm and help keep our office running smoothly.
This is more than a traditional receptionist role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their responsibilities without needing to be micromanaged.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming client calls and direct callers to the appropriate team member.
- Welcome clients and guests, assist with seating, beverages, and overall meeting experience.
- Schedule client appointments and help coordinate in-office meetings.
- Prepare and reset meeting rooms and provide day-to-day support for advisors and staff.
- Coordinate lunches and refreshments for team meetings and busy office days.
- Keep client and staff kitchens clean, organized, and well stocked.
- Monitor and order office, kitchen, and client supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and assist with general administrative office needs.
- Proactively identify what needs to be done and take care of it without waiting to be asked.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and comfortable interacting with clients.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable learning and using financial services terminology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- At least 1 year of experience in a front office, administrative, client service, hospitality, or similar role.
- Financial services experience is a plus.
- Salesforce and RingCentral experience is a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
