Job Duties:
- Groundskeeping if the facility contains lawns or other outdoor areas
- Sweep parking areas as needed with hand blower.
- Remove trash from receptacles and replace trash liners, wipe trash can lids
- Spot clean all spills/ messes on sidewalks
- operate hand held blower for sweeping services
- Physical strength and dexterity to lift, move and handle equipment
- Stamina to deal with long hours standing or walking
- Strong verbal and written communication for discussing maintenance issues
- Ability to work in extreme hot or cold conditions
- Organizational and time management skills
Job Outline:
Day porters mainly perform comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of public areas within facilities.

Deberes de Trabajo:
- Mantenimiento de terrenos si la instalación contiene césped u otras áreas al aire libre
- Barrer las áreas de estacionamiento según sea necesario con sopladora.
- Retire la basura de los receptáculos y reemplace las bolsas de basura, limpie las tapas de los botes de basura
- Limpie todos los derrames/sucios en las aceras Fuerza física y destreza para levantar, mover y manejar equipos
- operar un soplador de mano para servicios de barrido
- Resistencia para hacer frente a largas horas de pie o caminando
- Fuerte comunicación verbal y escrita para discutir problemas de mantenimiento.
- Capacidad para trabajar en condiciones extremas de calor o frío. Habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
Esquema de Trabajo: Los porteros diurnos realizan principalmente la limpieza integral y el mantenimiento de las áreas públicas dentro de las instalaciones.
Requisitos de trabajo: Confiable y Flexible Buena capacidad de comunicación Tener un horario abierto: abierto para trabajar los fines de semana Preferir 1 año de experiencia.
Capaz de levantar 30 libras.
