About the Role
We’re looking for a self‑directed, high‑energy RV Salesperson to join our growing team in Port Orchard. You’ll be the face of Fife RV Center, guiding customers through the buying journey, closing deals, and helping them find the perfect RV for their adventures.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and qualify walk‑in, phone, and online leads.
- Conduct detailed product walk‑throughs, demos, and test drives.
- Build strong relationships, follow up on quotes, and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain showroom inventory, update listings, and manage paperwork.
- Generate new business through community events, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while delivering “wow” customer service.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of retail or RV sales experience (or a proven track record in a high‑touch sales role).
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; love talking about travel and the outdoors.
- Comfortable with CRM tools & basic computer applications (Google Workspace, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license – you’ll occasionally accompany customers on test drives.
